Coping: problem solving
Problem solving can be one way of coping, usually if you think you can get control of a situaltion. The steps are:-
1) Name the problem
2) Think about all the ways to deal with the problem
3) Decide which you think is the best way
4) Do it, and see if it works
5) If it did not, try another way until you find one that works
