Information: Looking after yourself
This is about keeping yourself organised, like washing, looking after your teeth! Looking after your things, like clothes, where you live, your music, your car.

If you are at home, parents are likely to hassle you about these things, if you are living with friends, they may get annoyed about your personal habits, especially if they see them as unpleasant or bad.
Its really up to you about how organised and careful you want to be.

You might want to try:-
Putting a bit of time aside, each day, or in the week to do these things
Accepting advice from friends and family, rather than feeling got at, or criticised
Here is what happens if it all goes pear shaped!
